THE PROCESS
We start with a complimentary consultation — in person or virtual — to learn about your vision, your venue, and your timeline. This is your chance to ask questions, see full wedding galleries, and make sure we're the right fit.
Wedding dates book quickly, especially during peak season (May through October). A signed contract and retainer secure your date on our calendar.
Before the wedding, we schedule your complimentary engagement session at a location of your choice — Planting Fields Arboretum, Old Westbury Gardens, Belmont Lake State Park, or anywhere meaningful to you.
On the big day, we arrive early, stay late, and capture everything in between. From candid emotions to stunning portraits, we document your day as it unfolds naturally.
Within 6–8 weeks, you receive your complete gallery of 600–1,000+ professionally edited, high-resolution images — all color-corrected in-house by our team.
