Certificate of Insurance
We carry liability insurance and routinely issue a COI naming your venue as additional insured — at no charge. Send us the wording your risk office requires.
W-9 & Vendor Forms
W-9 on request, and we will complete your vendor registration or supplier onboarding paperwork. Tell us which procurement portal you use.
Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders and invoice against them — no chasing a personal credit card, and no deposit gymnastics.
Organization bookings are quoted per event — pricing depends on booth choice, hours, location, and load-in. Send us your date and venue and we'll come back with a quote and a COI.

Does the booth come with an attendant and setup?
Yes. Delivery, full setup, an on-site attendant for the duration, and breakdown are all included. You won't have to lift a finger or worry about a thing on the day of your event.
Do guests get prints and digital copies?
Both. Guests print their photos on the spot — as many as they like — with a custom layout designed around your event. They can also text or email their photos to themselves instantly, and you receive a full online gallery of every photo taken.
What areas do you serve?
We bring the booth throughout Long Island — Nassau and Suffolk County — as well as New York City, Westchester, and the surrounding area. Traveling a bit farther? Just ask and we'll let you know.
Can we add the booth to our wedding photography or video package?
Absolutely — it's one of our most popular add-ons. Bundling the booth with your photo or video coverage means one team for your entire day and a consistent, elegant look across everything. We also rent the booth on its own for parties and corporate events.
Can you brand the booth for a corporate or school event?
Yes. We can add your company logo, school name, colors, hashtag, or campaign artwork to the print layout and the on-screen sharing — a polished, on-brand touch for holiday parties, product launches, conferences, grand openings, proms, and fundraisers.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance naming our venue?
Yes, routinely and at no charge. We carry liability insurance and regularly issue certificates naming a venue or institution as additional insured. Send us the exact entity name and wording your venue or risk-management office requires and we'll have it issued ahead of your event.
Do you accept purchase orders and complete vendor registration forms?
Yes. We provide a W-9, accept purchase orders and invoice against them, and will complete vendor registration or supplier onboarding paperwork for universities, school districts, and companies. If your institution uses a procurement portal, let us know which one and we'll register.
Do you book campus and corporate events on weekdays?
Yes, and those are our most available dates. Weekday evenings and Friday afternoons are exactly when most company parties, campus events, and conferences are scheduled, so we can usually accommodate a date that a wedding-focused vendor cannot.
