Meet Jose Serrano
Jose Serrano is the owner and lead photographer of JS Visions Photography & Cinematography, with over 25 years of professional photography experience. After earning a degree in graphic design, Jose started as a photographer's assistant in 1997, began formal photography training in 2001, and has been capturing weddings and celebrations across the New York metropolitan area ever since.
After learning from some of the best studios across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida, Jose registered the JS Visions name in 2012 and formally established JS Visions Photography & Cinematography as a business in 2014, with a clear vision: to blend documentary storytelling with elegant editorial portraiture, creating wedding imagery that is both timeless and deeply personal.
Jose leads a full team of photographers, assistants, and cinematographers. Every wedding is covered by experienced professionals working together — never one person trying to be in two rooms at once — with Jose shooting as lead photographer.
A proud father of four, including a son who serves in the United States Marine Corps, Jose brings the same dedication and heart to his craft that he brings to his family.

JS Visions proudly serves couples throughout Long Island, New York City, the Hudson Valley, New Jersey, and destination locations worldwide. Our mission is simple: to create imagery that allows you to relive your wedding day for the rest of your life.
Over the years our team has photographed weddings and celebrations at venues across the region, including The Inn at New Hyde Park, Stewart Manor Country Club, Flowerfield in St. James, Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay, and the Fire Island Lighthouse — along with countless catering halls, country clubs, waterfront estates, and houses of worship throughout Nassau and Suffolk County.
