BEFORE THE BIG DAY
Engagement Sessions in the Hudson Valley
The Hudson Valley offers some of the most stunning engagement session backdrops in New York. Our couples love shooting at Bear Mountain with sweeping valley views, among the sculptures at Storm King Art Center, along the charming Main Street in Cold Spring and Beacon, or at scenic overlooks along the Hudson River.
We also love golden hour sessions at Walkway Over the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, the vineyards of Millbrook and the Shawangunk Wine Trail, and the historic grounds of West Point.

REAL WEDDINGS
Photographing The Hill in Hudson, NY
We have photographed weddings at The Hill, a 300-acre estate in Hudson with open views of the Catskill Mountains. Its powder-blue Palladian barn dates to 1801, and because the property hosts one wedding per weekend, we can walk the grounds before the ceremony and move freely for portraits: the ceremony lawn at golden hour, the wildflower meadows, and the pastures around the barn.
We wrote a full photographer’s guide to the estate, with the best photo spots and timeline tips: Hudson Valley wedding photography at The Hill. We have also photographed at Magnanini Winery, and we travel to venues across the whole region.
PLANNING
Planning Your Hudson Valley Wedding Day
Every collection includes 10 hours of coverage. We usually begin about an hour and a half before the bride leaves her getting-ready location, which in the Hudson Valley is often an inn or a rental in a different town from the venue. We build that drive into your timeline so no one is rushed between locations.
Sunset comes early in the fall, and mountain weather can turn quickly, so we plan portraits around the actual sunset time at your venue and keep a covered backup for every outdoor moment. When getting-ready locations are far apart, we recommend adding a second photographer so both sides are covered.
ONE TEAM
Photography and Film, Planned Together
Our photographers and cinematographers work under one roof, so on your wedding day they coordinate with each other and never step on each other’s shots. Photography collections start at $2,500, cinematography collections start at $2,500, and every photography collection includes an engagement session.
Your online gallery is ready in about 6 to 8 weeks, and every image is color-corrected in-house. We never outsource. Your film and trailer follow about three months after you choose your music. Our team is bilingual in English and Spanish. See our wedding collections or our wedding films.
